一、課業輔導時間

本學期個別課業輔導時間為2021/10/6(三)~2022/1/25(二)的週一~五,8:10~21:00,假日除外,將因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)疫情滾動式調整。(2021.11.02)

  • 教育部11/1修正「大專校院110學年度因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫管理指引」https://cpd.moe.gov.tw/page_two.php?id=35243),本校教務處公告自11/3起恢復實體上課,11/3~11/9為緩衝期,11/10(三)起全面採實體上課。
  • 本課業輔導自11/10(三)起全面採實體方式進行,若有特殊情形(如:因疫情而未入境學生)請與承辦人聯繫。

二、課業輔導預約/申請方式

  1. 預約部分科目已安排時間、地點(實體、線上都有)、課輔助教,
       請「登入」系統-->選擇
    【預約課業輔導時間】-->選擇科目-->選擇時段&地點-->等待審核。
       
    (其他科目=微積分、統計學、會計學、經濟學以外科目)
  2. 個別申請已安排時段無法配合,或所需輔導科目未列出,請提出個別申請。
  • 申請後需要1~3個工作天審核及安排,若於非上班時間申請,無法即時安排,亦無法安排申請當日、隔日的時段請留意。

三、防疫事項(隨時修訂)​​

  1. 已預約/申請者如有發燒、感冒、咳嗽、流鼻水、嗅/味覺異常或其他身體不適之症狀,請於輔導前主動通知業務聯絡人取消輔導,不列入缺席紀錄,待症狀解除後將重新安排。
  2. 進入各棟大樓前,掃描該棟專屬iPASS QR code,並經值班人員確認已登錄體溫狀態。
  3. 若採實體課輔,開始輔導前請確實洗手,輔導時應全程佩戴口罩並禁止飲食(飲水除外)。
  4. 輔導時如有發燒、感冒、咳嗽、流鼻水、嗅/味覺異常或其他身體不適之症狀者,應立刻停止輔導並佩戴口罩就醫。

    四、課業輔導科目

    實體課業輔導科目:目前正在修的科目都可以,不限經濟學、會計學、統計學、微積分,有未列出之科目可用個別申請。
    課業輔導線上課程影片:提供學生自學,目前有英文、經濟學、會計學、統計學、管理學、微積分、普通物理、普通化學、工程數學等科目,在校老師及學生均可登入後加入課程觀看影片。

    六、課業輔導注意事項及規定【註冊前請詳閱】

    (一)課輔對象及科目:
    本校大學部學生(含境外生),對目前修習科目有疑問者(以必修或英語授課科目或首次申請者優先),需於本系統預約或申請,方得執行課業輔導。

    (二)課輔時間:
    每學期第3至第18週(國定假日、補假日及調整放假日除外),每週一至週五8時至21時。

    【時間將因應疫情而異動】

    (三)課輔人數:

    1. 預約:每節課輔最多開放3人預約。
    2. 個別申請:原則上為1~3人,但在經費限制下,可能合併同班或同科目內容的申請學生,進行10人以下的小班輔導。

    (四)課輔地點:

    覺生綜合大樓3樓I303、I304或4樓I402,及其他諮商職涯暨學習發展輔導中心(以下簡稱本中心)借用之校內教室。為維護參加課業輔導學生及助教的人身安全,本中心的課業輔導教室(I303及I402)裝設錄音錄影設備。I402於防疫期間視情況開放】

    (五)課輔預約/申請方式及規定:

    1. 請於查詢課輔時間後自行預約,若時間無法配合或欲輔導其他科目,請提出個別申請預約/申請後需1至3個工作天(不含週六、日)進行審核,預約後請自行至本系統或Email查詢預約結果;個別申請以Email(優先)或電話通知上課資訊。

    2. 若因故無法於已排定之時間接受課業輔導,至遲須於排定時間之24小時前以Email告知本中心或業務承辦人,若未依規定告知,視為無故未到;若超過排定之輔導時間20分鐘仍未到,視為遲到,且當次輔導課程直接取消。

    3. 每學期遲到、取消預約/申請或無故未到累積三次,取消該學期輔導資格。

    4. 本中心負責之所有課業輔導均須經預約/申請核可後方得執行,未經核可(包括學生、輔導時間及地點)的課業輔導所衍生之相關問題及薪資,不在本中心權責之內。

    5. 提出預約/申請不保證安排課業輔導。為顧及全校所有學生之權益,每人或每組之輔導時數,每週以2小時為原則,但本中心可視申請人數及經費額度酌予調整輔導時數。

    6. 每週預約/申請人數有限,額滿為止。

    (六)學生於課業輔導期間應遵守下列規定:

    1. 不得與課業輔導助教私下協調安排輔導時間及地點。

    2. (在課業輔導之前備妥課業問題,並以校內課業內容為限。

    3. 本中心課業輔導項目不包含「代為完成作業或報告」,亦不包含「準備轉學考試、研究所考試或其他校外考試」等輔導

    4. 每次完成課業輔導後,需填寫「課業輔導回饋單」,並於線上提交(Google表單)或繳回本中心(紙本)【防疫期間採線上提交】

    5. 應維持課業輔導教室之環境整潔。

    (七)以上未盡事宜,以本中心之公告辦理。

    A. Tutoring Time

    2021/10/6 (Wed.)~2022/1/25 (Tue.), from Monday to Friday, 8:10~21:00, except holidays. The academic guidance time will be adjusted in response to COVID-19.

    • This tutoring will be conducted in physical attendance starting from 11/10 (Wednesday). If there are special circumstances (such as students who have not entered the country due to the epidemic), please confirm it with the contact person.

    B. How to make an appointment

    1. To make an appointment [taught in Chinese]: the time and the location of some of the subject has been arranged academic guidance. Please "sign in" to the system-->select [Make an appointment for class guidance]-->select the subject-->select the time & location-->wait for review.
      (Other subjects = subjects other than calculus, statistics, accounting, and economics)
    2. Individual Application: If you are unable to arrange the schedule or if the required tutoring subjects are not listed, please submit an individual application. 
    • After application, it takes 1~3 working day(s) to review and arrange. Please note that if you apply during non-office hours, we can neither schedule your application immediately, nor make it on the same day or the next day.

    C. Epidemic prevention announcement

    1. If you have fever (forehead temperature ≧37.5˚C or ear temperature ≧38˚C), cold, cough, runny nose, abnormal smell/taste or other symptoms of physical discomfort, please do not attend. If you have already arranged guidance, please notify the contact person, and it will be rescheduled.

    2. Before entering each building, scan the exclusive iPASS QR code of that building, and the staff will confirm the screen.

    3. Please wash your hands before entering the classroom.

    4. Please wear face mask and do not eating and drinking (except drinking water) during tutoring.

    5. If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, loss of smell, taste, etc., you should stop attending guidance and immediately wear a face mask for medical treatment.

    D. Tutoring Subject

    You can apply for all subjects you are currently studying, not limited to economics, accounting, statistics and calculus.

    F. Rules for Guidance Session
    1. Students should make an appointment or apply for any Academic Guidance sessions in this system. Without the applications and the permissions from the office, no sessions are available.

    2. The time that can arrange to guide: At 8:10~21:00 from Monday to Friday, from the 3rd week to final exam week. [The time will be adjusted in response to COVID-19.]

    3. Applicants are limited to undergraduates, including international students. Maximum number of students in one session is 3 in principle.

    4. Classroom: I303, I304 or I402 of the Chueh-sheng Memorial Hall, and other classrooms borrowed by the Counseling, Career Development and Learning Center (hereinafter referred to as the CENTER). In order to maintain the personal safety of the students and tutors participating in the guidance, I303 and I402 of the Center are equipped with recording equipment.

    5. Application Rules:

    • After application, it takes 1~3 business day(s) (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to notify students of information by Email (priority) or by phone.
    • If for some reason you cannot attend guidance at the scheduled time, you must notify the CENTER or related people by Email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to notify, you will be deemed to no-show. If you don't arrive classroom over 20 minutes, it will be regarded as late and the tutoring course will be cancelled directly.
    • And with 3 times of no-show, the subject student will be disqualified for the services in the entire semester.
    • All guidance in charge of the CENTER can only be carried out after an appointment/application is approved.
    • In principle, all guidance sessions are no longer than two hours each week. The CENTER may adjust the hours based on the number of applicants and the amount of funding.
    • Apply to end when the hours is full.

    6. Students should abide by the following rules during the tutoring period:

    • Can't decide the time and place with the tutor privately.
    • Prior to the sessions, get your questions ready.
    • The content of any guidance session is limited to the regular curriculum. Preparation for graduation school or transferring examination is not included.
    • Every session of the project, students should fill out a feedback form(GOOGLE form).
    • It is everyone’s responsibility to maintain the tidiness of the classroom.
